How I Won This Beautiful Dress

For now I can say I'm pretty certain how this universe works, here's why - a few months ago I donated a whole suitcase and 2 bags of clothes to the homeless shelter (probably the greatest  good deed in my life), and then half an hour later I found out I won a dress from This Dress Is All You Need in a competition! Coincidence - I think not. I read somewhere that if you want new clothes you have to make room with the old, in other words - you get what you give. Yes, I'm talking about the Law of attraction. So - what goes around comes back around, sooner than you think. Also, it doesn't hurt that I think about clothes like 80% of the time. This is the 3rd competition I won in a year (remember the stuff I showed you in my Tragic Beautiful post), and before that I never won anything in my life! I'm pretty sure this works for other more important things in life as well, I just haven't figured it out yet :) What do you think, have you had any experience with this?

Last Weekend in Pics + Some New MakeUp

No great weekend starts without coffee. I had only 2 hours to sleep on Friday, so I needed at least 3 of these daily :)

I spent the last weekend in my weekend cottage, that I showed you in one of my previous posts. Again, I posted most of these pics on my Instagram, but decided to post them all together here as well. We also visited the Silver Lake where we had lunch with my relatives (you can see I got many lovely presents from them), and Golubac Fortress, to see the progress. It says on the sight that the fortress should be done by april 2016, so expect new pics :) Also, I went to check out the Bajka guesthouse, but I'm saving those pics for a special post. :)

I haven't done an Instagram recap for a while, and since a lot of you don't follow me over there I decided to share some pics with you :) July was special cause I did the Gala Darling's #radicalselflove challenge. Outfit: Jewels & Tattoos

I like jewelry and tattoos, so of course I had to try the flash tattoos trend, they're just so cool I wish I could wear them every day. Unfortunately as they last only about two days depending on where you apply them, it's best to save them for special occasions when you go out. Since I wear this much jewelry I usually prefer to keep the rest of my outfit simple - all black.

I finally dug up my old camera and decided to get a tripod, so here are some "test-shots" I did. I figured it's much easier to take my own outfit photos when I have inspiration, than expect someone else to do it for me. Besides, I feel much more comfortable posing in my own company than when I have someone standing behind the camera, even if it's my best friend. Also, I have my own backyard, so from now on most of my outfit posts will be shot in my "secret garden". This is just my casual "walking around the hood", going to the hair salon, doing the shopping etc. kind of outfit, I mostly just wear black and white, and then I added this beautiful purse and cat sunglasses as glam details.
